Description
Why fill your hot tub with unclean water when you can purify your water by attaching a filter to your garden hose?
The water used to fill a hot tub is not as pure as you may think. There are impurities such as, copper, iron, calcium and other deposits that can be harmful to yourself, they can harm your spa and will make it harder to balance spa water. Some of these deposits can seriously affect your heater element, jets, pump and spa shell. Using clarifiers, coagulants, flocculants and stain and scale chemicals will reduce these impurities, but will not eliminate the problem. You can reduce total dissolved solids (TDS) and increase the life & quality of your spa water by filtering the water as it enters. The Carbon Block Pre-Filter will take out particles as small as 0.5 microns. (The human eye can detect to 40 microns and blood cells are approximately 2 microns.) We especially recommend this filter if you have iron problems, phosphate problems, if you are using a bromine or chlorine generator, or if you are using disposable hot tub filters in your spa. |

Carbon Block Pre-filters will reduce; phosphates, rust, arsenic, cadmium, chlorine, calcium, sodium, tastes, odors, cloudiness, colors, aluminum, H2S, iron, lead, copper, iron oxide, V.O.C.’s, mercury, vapors, sediment & dust.
Simply attach the Pre-Filter to the end of a regular garden hose and fill your hot tub. Replace when filter is full and flow is restricted. The Pure Fill carbon block pre-filter is rated to filter 10,000gal, dependent on the quality of the water. It will work for many hot tub fills for the average user.
Directions: Run water through filter for 30 seconds to rinse filter before filling your spa.
